I'm re-financing (or selling) my unit, How do I get a 6D certficate?

A 6d certificate is a notarized legally required document for sale or refinancing a unit which verifies that the unit owner is free of any debt to the Oak Knoll Condo Association. Forms are also provided to be completed on the new unit owner (if sale) or on present unit owner (if re-fi). Fees to cover the process of obtaining signatures, notary seal, verifying unit owner balance with Dartmouth Group, delivering or mailing certificate, etc. are as follows:
 
With 2 weeks or more notice: $50
If less than 2 weeks, $75
 
Contact Oak Knoll Board in writing at POB 388 or via cabana mail slot (see Contact Us ) to receive forms to be completed (no phone calls to board members, please).
