Tennis Courts

TENNIS HOURS:  10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

 

USE OF TENNIS COURTS: 

 

A.      You must use a key to open the gate.

 

B.      Do not climb the fence.

 

C.      No pets allowed in the court area.

 

D.      Do not play with the net.

 

E.       Tennis courts are to be used for playing Tennis only.

Pets

Only one household pet which does not exceed 20 pounds in weight will be allowed for each Unit only so long as it does not become a nuisance to other Owners. If any pet creates noise, is allowed to be outdoors except on a leash, or in any way creates a disturbance or unpleasantness, the Board will be forced to rule that the pet must be removed. No pet shall be tied to or leashed anywhere on Oak Knoll property, nor shall any pet be allowed to relieve itself on any Oak Knoll property. Each owner shall hold the Board harmless against loss or liability for any actions of his pet within Oak Knoll Condominium.

Pool Rules

OAK KNOLL POOL RULES

2007

POOL HOURS: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

LAP SWIMMING ONLY: 7:30 PM TO 9 PM

PLEASE….DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH THE POOL EQUIPMENT. COSTLY REPAIRS CAN RESULT.

USE OF POOL:

Please be advised that violation of the pool rules could result in a costly law suit or a tragic accident.

A. NO SMOKING

B. Restricted to unit owners and residents of Oak Knoll condominiums.

C. GUESTS are limited to 4 at any one time and must be accompanied by an adult resident 21 years old or over.

D. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult resident 21 years old or over.

E. All persons using the pool do so AT THEIR OWN RISK.

NO LIFEGUARD service is provided.

F. NO RUNNING, SPLASHING, HORSEPLAY, OR UNNECESSARY NOISE permitted in the pool area.

G. SAFETY EQUIPMENT is for emergencies only. Misuse of the equipment can result in loss of pool privileges.

H. All Unit Owners and residents are considered POOL MONITORS and responsible for watching activities and reporting problems to the Board.

- OVER -

I. NO ALCOHOL or GLASS DRINK CONTAINERS permitted in the pool area. Receptacles are provided for placing TRASH.

J. NO PETS in the pool area.

K. NO BICYCLES or other vehicles in the pool area.

L. SHOWER should be used before entering the pool. This is not for cleaning human waste or other abuses.

M. NO PARKING on the grass areas near the pool area.

N. NO TOYS, NOODLES, FLOATS, RAFTS, BEACH BALLS, INNER

TUBES or other non-safety devices in the pool.

O. Small objects will clog the filters and endanger use of the pool for

everyone.

P. MUSIC via earphones only.

PLEASE DO NOT LET ANYONE IN THE POOL AREA WHO DOES NOT HAVE A KEY. If they don’t have a key, they should not enter or use the pool.

CANOPY POLES should not to be used as monkey bars.

VIOLATORS CAN BE BARRED FROM USE OF THE POOL AND SUBJECT TO FINES.

POLICE SHOULD BE CALLED WHEN NECESSARY. THIS IS “PRIVATE PROPERTY”. Report it as someone is “Trespassing on Private Property”.

OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ENJOYMENT AND MAINTAIN A PEACEFUL COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE.

YOUR RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY AND OTHER PEOPLE USING THE POOL AREA IS APPRECIATED.

POOL KEYS: Can be obtained by written request to the Oak Knoll Condo Association at a cost of $5.00.

POOL OPENS: Memorial Day Weekend CLOSES: Sunday after Labor Day

Snow Removal

‘NEW” OAK KNOLL 2007/08 WINTER POLICY

 

1.  VEHICLE WASHING – Suspended December 1 thru March 1

 

2.  OUTSIDE FAUCET – Open, Drain and shut off in garage.  Leave outside faucet open.

 

3.  PLOWING

 

        DURING THE STORM:

 

MOVE “ALL” VEHICLES TO THE FRONT OF YOUR UNIT.  ALWAYS KEEP THE BACK OF THE LOT OPEN.

 

DO “NOT” MOVE YOUR VEHICLES TO THE BACK OF THE LOT.

 

 

AFTER THE STORM IS OVER:

 

MOVE “ALL” YOUR VEHICLES TO THE BACK OF YOUR LOT

 

Before the FRONT cleared - PLEASE SHOVEL YOUR UPPER DECK

 

 

WHEN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING HAS BEEN COMPLETELY CLEARED:

 

MOVE YOUR VEHICLES BACK TO THE FRONT SO THAT THE REAR CAN BE CLEANED OFF.

 

4.  SAND BARRELS

 

ARE AVAILABLE AT EACH LOT FOR ICY CONDITIONS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOUR UNIT.  PLEASE HELP WITH THIS TO AVOID INJURY. 

 

IT IS YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLES WHEN IT IS TIME.  IT IS NOT THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY YOU. 

 

5.  NO SAND BUCKETS /SHOVELS/ BROOMS - OF ANY TYPE IN FRONT OR REAR OF UNITS.

 

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VEHICLES NOT MOVING AS NEEDED WILL RESULT IN FINES AND TOWING AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
